Join the DMRF for a day at the zoo to raise awareness and funds for dystonia research

The Oregon Zoo in Portland is one of 13 locations across the U.S. that will host a Dystonia Zoo Walk in 2018. Last year, Dystonia Zoo Walks in 12 cities drew over 5,000 participants. This will be a family-friendly community day at the Zoo to raise awareness about dystonia. Participants are invited to walk as much or as little as they would like; there are no mileage goals and no pledge money needed to participate in the Walk.

Registration will open by 8:00AM
Fees: $25 for Adults /$15 for children (12 yrs and under). This includes access to the zoo, refreshments, and a t-shirt.

Event Timeline
8:00AM - 9:00AM - Gather at the Cascade Crest Ballroom (new site) for t-shirt pick-up, refreshments, gather with team members, sponsor tables
9:30AM -10:00AM - Welcome, brief remarks from the medical community and the DMRF
10:00AM - Walk the zoo and spread the word about dystonia

Teams of 10 people or more will receive a custom team t-shirt. Teams must be completely registered by August 6 to ensure that your custom team t-shirt will be available. All t-shirts will be available for pick-up the morning of the event during registration - t-shirts will not be shipped.
